My Zone Heart Monitors

Myzone monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that convert into Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness.
OUR Use
Myzone tracks your workout real time on our TV. But it doesn't stop there, with a measured workout, you are able to see how you stack up against other 5SF members.
5SF Periodized Training
The 5SF Periodized Training incorporates our Five Steps to help build strength, energy, and flexibility. Aided by proper fuel and ample recovery, our training program will transform your body and how you view working out.
Our workouts are broken down by major muscle groups with a full body workout every Saturday. This way, the body can build strength while getting the proper recovery from workout to workout.
