Five Step Fitness is a culmination of everything I have learned in my 20 years in the fitness industry. Not only are we focused on building strength and stamina through conventional exercise, our five steps encompass every aspect of overall wellness.
5 Step Fitness is a revolutionary approach to fitness that efficiently builds muscle, melts bodyfat and amplifies health benefits by combining periodized strength training, functional circuit exercises, HIIT, Pilates and Yoga in a concise 50 minute workout that is programmed sequentially over 5 days to allow for proper recovery (which is the important phase where positive adaptation occurs) which then accelerates results.
