EVOLVE EXTREME TRAINING

EXT programming carefully balances opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect workout.  Utilizing resistance training, metabolic conditioning, and HIIT circuits that focus on building you a strong and balanced physique all in a group setting.  It is the quickest and safest way to get leaner and stronger.  Our goal at 4Performance is to make health and fitness your lifestyle!  

MONDAY

IGNITION

A total body burn!  High Intensity circuits designed to fire up your metabolic engine.  This class includes dynamic stretching, HIIT circuits, total body strength training, and abdominal blasts.  The Perfect way to work off the weekend and start your week right!

TUESDAY

MUSCLE UP 

A class to make you stronger! Learn and master proper strength training techniques while building a strong and balanced physique. Feel and look better while learning to use everything our gym has to offer!

WEDNESDAY

WARRIOR

Unleash the beast with these primal training classes! Using Kettle Bells, Sandbags, Maces, Medballs, Tires and more. You will crawl, run, carry, lift and smash through your own limitations!

THURSDAY

MUSCLE UP 

A class to make you stronger! Learn and master proper strength training techniques while building a strong and balanced physique. Feel and look better while learning to use everything our gym has to offer!

FRIDAY

FLEX

Lean out and pump up! A total body class utilizing resistance training and HIIT circuits. Head into your weekend with the confidence that comes from working hard and feeling fantastic!

SATURDAY

SMASH

Jumpstart your weekend with Smash Saturday. This large group class utilizes large circuits encompassing aspects of every class throughout the week. Smash is the perfect way to kick off your weekend and cap off a great week of training!
